GALL3RY 003 : SEEING STARS

PLEASE RSVP BELOW.

“GALL3RY 003” is the 3rd installment of S3an Alexander’s art exhibit series. This years theme is “Seeing Stars.” The artist would like this to visually articulate what his life has been over the last two years. A roller coaster of emotions if you will. “Seeing Stars” is the collide between seeing everything you want to be while life is hitting you so hard you see stars. Yes, exactly like you would see on looney tunes. S3an Alexander’s goal with this years exhibit is to show emotion and depth w/ darker moodier tones and rich texture. The “Trophies Don’t Make Champions” tone from previous exhibits’ are still apart of the artists’ overall identity but this year he changes perspective. We get to see a different side of him. With the constant changes, life sometimes becomes hard to navigate. Everyday is a battle to stay optimistic, stay inspired, and lastly staying creative. This exhibit is the product of winning the battle. All new art paired with new merch is typical for the artist but essential to provide the best possible experience and tie his worlds together.

Why the darker colors? To be honest life hasn't felt bright thats where the darker tones come from. The stars represent the moments of light or clarity in the dark.

Sounds by TREHITZ

known for her “LETS F*CKING DANCE” & “HITZWORLD” party series in St. Louis MO. We are overwhelmingly excited to see what vibe she brings to Chicago.

***PLEASE SUBMIT (1) RSVP PER PERSON - EACH ATTENDEE SHOULD REGISTER SEPARATELY.

CHANGING QUANTITY TO ANYTHING OVER (1) WILL PROMPT AN ERROR. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

GALL3RY 002 | Closing Reception

Closing Reception + A Conversation w/ S3an Alexander & Sydney Oreoluwa

Mission Statement:

The goal of “GALL3RY 002” is to highlight the growth over the years. This year’s show will also introduce a new energy and overall identity of the brand brllantmnds and the artist S3an Alexander. All art, merch, and decor will be centered around these themes. There will be over 10+ brand new works from the artist in the space alongside a new collection of merch and a pop up experience by the artists brand brllantmnds. This is another opportunity for us to double down on what we started with “GALL3RY 001” but bigger and better than before. The story being told is triumph and resilience, not folding when it gets hard. Taking pride in the fact that through all the twists and turns the artist is always able to find his form again. Against all odds and recognition, or lack there of. The ability to use sitting on the sideline as motivation to be better instead of it being discouraging. This year the artist is solely focused on properly letting his audience know exactly who he is and what he does. Building his own world around his art and brand instead of trying to fit into a world that already exists.
